D D Sood, born on 25 January 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1980 Rajasthan cadre. A graduate in Economics, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Registrar, Additional Registrar, Settlement Officer, Additional District Magistrate, and Deputy Commissioner. His most recent position was District Collector and District Magistrate at Bundi, Rajasthan, from 1 March 1991 to 1 January 1995. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Rajasthan until his retirement.
