D D Pandharpatte, born on 07/02/1963, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 Maharashtra cadre. He served as Divisional Commissioner at Amravati, Maharashtra, from 21 July 2022 to 28 February 2023. His educational qualifications include an LL.B. in Civil & Criminal Law and an LL.M. in Human Rights from Bombay University, Mumbai, and a Ph.D. in Sociology from Y C M Open University, Nashik. Throughout his career, he held various positions such as Secretary, Director General, District Collector, Joint Secretary, Chief Executive Officer, and Director within the Amravati Division.
