Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD)
D C Sahoo, born on 14 May 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 batch of the AGMUT cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Sociology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities, including multiple terms as Secretary and Chairman. His most recent position was Secretary in the General Administration Department from 18 January 2010 to 31 May 2012.
