D C Rosaiah, born on 15 July 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1984 batch of the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in History and a postgraduate degree in Public Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Election Commissioner, Vice Chancellor, and multiple commissioner roles. His most recent position was Secretary in the Revenue Department from 20 May 2005 to 31 July 2006. His extensive experience spans roles such as Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Director, Joint Collector, and Revenue Divisional Officer, among others.
