D C Jain, born on 12 August 1935, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1981 batch of the Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Additional Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Assistant Commissioner, and Secretary. His most recent position was Managing Director in the Industries and Commerce department of Madhya Pradesh, from 1 September 1991 to 1 August 1993. Mr. Jain’s extensive service in administrative roles reflects his commitment to public administration within the state.
