D C D Bhargava, born on 20 July 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Physics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Collector, District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, Special Secretary, and Director General. His most recent position was Secretary of the National Integration Department from 22 July 2009 to 31 July 2010. Mr. Bhargava’s extensive service reflects his commitment to administrative roles within the Uttar Pradesh cadre and the National Integration Department.
