D C Bhima Naik, born on June 10, 1951, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1995 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Director, Additional Commissioner, Special Collector, Joint Collector, and Project Director. His most recent position was Commissioner in the Small Savings- GI and IF department, holding the post from March 1, 2011, to June 30, 2011. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of Andhra Pradesh until his retirement.
