D B Gawade, born on 28 May 1965, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2007 Maharashtra cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities, including Joint Secretary. Most recently, he held the position of Secretary at Mumbai, Maharashtra, starting from 3 January 2023. Following his retirement, he was associated with the State Human Rights Commission.
