D B Desai, born on 26 August 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Maharashtra cadre. Throughout his career, he held several key positions including District Collector, Director, and Chief Executive Officer. His most recent appointment was as the District Collector of Kolhapur, Maharashtra, starting from 1 January 2021.
