Cholleti Prabhakar, born on June 9, 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2000 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds a Graduate degree in Commerce, an M.A. in Archaeology, and an LL.B. in Law, all from Osmania University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and multiple terms as Secretary. His most recent designation was Deputy Secretary, commencing on May 26, 2015.
