Chokha Ram Garg, born on July 4, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, AGMUT cadre. He holds a B.E. in Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, Patiala, an LL.B. from Delhi University, and a degree in Public Management from Pondicherry University. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Art, Culture and Language Department, New Delhi, since September 5, 2022. His previous roles include Special Secretary and Special Secretary to the Chief Minister. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
