He holds a B.E. in Engineering from Thapar Institute Of Engineering and Technology Patiala, LL.B. from Delhi University, and M.E. from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Currently serving as Secretary at the Art, Culture & Language Department, Garg has demonstrated his administrative prowess in various roles throughout his career.
