Chokha Ram Garg, born on July 4, 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, assigned to the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.E. in Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology, a degree in Public Management from Pondicherry University, and an LL.B. from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Art, Culture and Language Department at New Delhi since September 5, 2022. Previously, he has held positions including Special Secretary and Special Secretary to the Chief Minister. He is currently in service.
