Chittaranjan Singh, born on January 6, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1999 Bihar cadre. During his career, he served as District Magistrate from January 11, 2013, to January 31, 2015. He was associated with the Land Revenue Department as the Director of Census Operations. Singh’s tenure in the IAS reflects his commitment to public administration within Bihar.
