Chitra Mishra, born on 15 September 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. She holds a B.A. (Hons) in History from Delhi University. Currently, she is the District Collector of Karimnagar, a position she has held since 26 February 2026. Prior to this role, she served as a Project Officer. Chitra Mishra continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
