Chitkala Zutshi, born on March 25, 1949, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1971 Maharashtra cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree in Sociology and a graduate degree in Mathematics. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including District Collector, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Principal Secretary, Special Commissioner, and Additional Chief Secretary. Her most recent position was Additional Chief Secretary in the Home Department of Maharashtra. Her extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles, reflecting a distinguished tenure in public service.
