Chhotay Singh, born on 26 May 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and an LL.B. degree. Currently serving as Director at Bhopal since 17 December 2024, he works in the Panchayat Raj department. His previous roles include Operator and Additional Commissioner. Singh continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Madhya Pradesh.
