Chhavi Ranjan, born on 29 December 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.Sc.(Hons) and M.Sc. in Physics from Delhi St. Stephens College. Currently, he serves as the Mission Director at Jharkhand for the National Health Mission since 1 January 2026. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Previously, he was under suspension. Chhavi Ranjan continues to be in service within the IAS.
