Chetan T S, born on April 19, 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from Visveswaraiah Technological University, Belgaum. Currently, he serves as Joint Secretary at Andhra Pradesh since October 8, 2025, within the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration department. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary and Collector and District Magistrate. Chetan T S continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Andhra Pradesh.
