Chetan Kumar Meena, born on 11 October 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, Kerala cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Mathematics from Raj University and a B.Sc. in Physics from Rajasthan University. Currently, he serves as the District Collector at Kottayam, Kerala, a position he has held since 30 July 2025. Prior to this, he worked as an Additional Resident Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
