Cheruvettolil Kochkoshy Koshy, born on 12 February 1945, is a retired IAS officer from the 1968 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics and a postgraduate degree in Political Science. Over his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Assistant Collector, Commissioner, Secretary, Principal Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary, Managing Director, Executive Director, Joint Managing Director, and Joint Secretary. His most recent position was Chairman of Gujarat State Petroleum Corporation Ltd (GSPCL) from 4 May 2003 to 28 February 2005.
