Dr. Cheenath Inasu Joy, born on 14 May 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1979 Gujarat cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Economics, a postgraduate degree in Economics, and a Ph.D. in Political Economy. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Additional CEO, Programme Adviser, Managing Director, Commissioner, Director, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Joint Commissioner, District Development Officer, and Assistant Collector. His extensive experience spans multiple administrative and developmental roles within the Gujarat cadre.
