Chaoto Lal Jain, born on April 10, 1938, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 batch, Rajasthan cadre. During his career, he served as Deputy Secretary and held the position of District Collector and District Magistrate at Jhalawar, Rajasthan, from May 1, 1994, to April 30, 1996. His tenure in the IAS reflects his commitment to public administration within the Rajasthan cadre.
