Chandrashekhar Nayaka L, born on April 8, 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology. Currently, he serves as Special Duty to the Minister in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Finance and Corporate Affairs, New Delhi since July 11, 2025. His previous roles include Officer On Special Duty, Regional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, and Additional Commissioner. Chandrashekhar is proficient in English and Kannada and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
