Chandrashekar Badugu, born on November 12, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2018 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. He holds a graduate degree and is currently the Collector and District Magistrate of Nalgonda, Tamil Nadu, a position he has held since December 31, 2025. Prior to this role, he served as Additional Collector (Local Bodies). Mr. Badugu continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
