Chandrama Prasad, born on March 1, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Agricultural Chemistry. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Staff Officer, District Magistrate, Registrar, Director, Chief Development Officer, Joint Director, Secretary, Additional District Magistrate, and Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Higher Education Department from January 1, 2003, to February 28, 2006.
