Chandrakant Kumar Anil, born on 31 December 1967, is a 1991 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.A. in Personnel Management and is proficient in English and Hindi. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department of Bihar, a position he has held since 30 November 2025. Prior to this, he has served as an Adviser. He continues to be in service, contributing to the administrative framework of Bihar.
