Chandrakant Kumar Anil, born on 31 December 1967, is a 1991 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds an M.A. in Personnel Management. Currently, he serves as the Principal Secretary in the Revenue and Land Reforms Department of Bihar since 30 November 2025. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Under Secretary, Administrator, Secretary, Additional Managing Director, Special Secretary, Additional Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Project Director, Joint Secretary, Deputy Director, Additional Registrar, Deputy Development Commissioner, Sub-Divisional Officer, and Adviser. He is proficient in English and Hindi.
