Chandrakala J U, born on June 7, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2013 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. She holds a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the University of Agricultural Sciences Dharwad and an M.Sc. in Plant Physiology from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute. Throughout her career, she has served as District Collector, Director and Mission Director, Sub Collector, and Assistant Secretary. Since June 3, 2026, she has been the Managing Director at Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation Limited. She is proficient in English, Kannada, and Tamil. Chandrakala J U continues to serve in the IAS.
