Chandrahas Dubey, born on December 23, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1994 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he has held various key positions including District Collector, Deputy Secretary, Under Secretary, Additional Secretary, Secretary, Controller, Mission Coordinator, Project Director, Additional Managing Director, and Managing Coordinator. His most recent role was Managing Coordinator at Madhya Pradesh from August 7, 2014, to December 31, 2015. Throughout his career, Dubey contributed to multiple administrative capacities within the Madhya Pradesh government until his retirement.
