Chandra Vijay Singh, born on May 5, 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. Currently serving as Special Secretary in the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department at Lucknow since April 15, 2025, Singh is proficient in English and Hindi. He continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh.
