Chandra Singh, born on August 15, 1942, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Economics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Additional Director, Project Director, Director, Special Secretary, Vice Chairman, and Joint Development Commissioner. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Public Works Department from November 1, 2000, to August 31, 2002. Singh's extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles within the state government before his retirement.
