Currently, he serves as Secretary to the Chief Minister of Bihar since October 3, 2025. His previous roles include District Magistrate, Commissioner, DM & Collector, State Mission Director, Sub-Divisional Officer, Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Settlement Officer Director, and Chief Executive Officer. He is proficient in English and Hindi. Dr. Singh remains in active service.
