Chandra Shekhar Singh, born on March 1, 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Allahabad. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Assistant Collector and Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer, State Mission Director, Sub-Divisional Officer, Settlement Officer Director, District Magistrate, Commissioner, and DM & Collector. Since October 3, 2025, he has been serving as Secretary to the Chief Minister of Bihar. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
