Chandra Shekhar, born on 15 July 1967, is a male Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and an LL.B degree. Currently serving in the Election Department, he has been designated as Special Secretary since 31 March 2021. Chandra Shekhar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to administrative functions within his cadre and department.
