Chandra Sekhar Sakhamuri, born on April 6, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.E. in Computer Science from the University of Madras. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority since February 24, 2026. His previous roles include Sub Collector, Deputy Secretary, Assistant Collector, and Director. Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu, Chandra Sekhar continues to contribute to public administration in Tamil Nadu.
