Chandra Narain Dube, born on June 15, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Commissioner, District Magistrate, Secretary, Special Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Chief Executive Officer, Joint Development Commissioner, and Administrator. His most recent designation was Commissioner Director in the Land Revenue Department, serving as Director of Census Operations from August 3, 2004, to June 30, 2006. Throughout his career, Dube contributed to the administrative framework of Uttar Pradesh until his retirement.
