Dr. Chandra Mohan Meena, an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 1980 Rajasthan cadre batch, was born on April 11, 1954. He holds an M.A. and B.A. Honors in History, along with an M.Phil. in Archaeology. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Chairman & Managing Director, Commissioner (Housing), Divisional Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, Special Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Director, and Inspector General. His most recent position was Principal Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the General Administration Department (Personnel) from July 31, 2012, to April 30, 2014. He is now retired.
