Chandra Mohan Garg, born on 25 September 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation from the University of Delhi. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate and Collector of Chandouli, a position he assumed on 15 April 2025. Previously, he held the role of Assistant Secretary. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
