Chandra Bhushan Singh, born on 10 February 1966, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch of the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is proficient in English and Hindi. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Special Secretary, District Magistrate, Additional Commissioner, and Collector and District Magistrate. His most recent position was Secretary in the Department of Secondary Education at Lucknow from 2 January 2025 to 28 February 2026.
