Chander Shekhar Bhatt, born on May 1, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2003 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Haridwar Development Authority as Vice Chairman from March 22, 2013, to April 30, 2018. Throughout his career, Bhatt contributed to the administrative framework of Uttarakhand until his retirement.
