Chandan Kumar, born on 12 February 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2016 batch, Jharkhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mineral Exploration from the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad. Currently, he serves as the Deputy Commissioner at Ramgarh, a position he assumed on 27 July 2023. Prior to this, he held the role of Assistant Secretary. Chandan Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
