Dr. Chand Goel, born on December 16, 1952, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1977 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Physics and an M.B.A. in Business Administration. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary at Mumbai, Maharashtra, and roles such as Managing Director, Principal Secretary, Secretary, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary, and Assistant Collector. His service extended to the State Election Commission. Dr. Goel's extensive administrative experience spans multiple departments and leadership positions within the Maharashtra state government.
