Chanar Ram, born on January 7, 1946, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He served in the IAS with a career culminating as Under Secretary from June 17, 2002, to January 31, 2006. A graduate by education, Chanar Ram contributed to the administrative framework during his tenure. His service record reflects his commitment to the Indian Administrative Service until his retirement.
