Capt Alok Shekhar Tiwari, born on 25 December 1962, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He served in the Department of Minority Affairs, holding the position of Additional Secretary from 15 November 2017. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework within his cadre and department.
