C Vishnu Charan, born on 28 July 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Hyderabad. Currently, he serves as the Joint Collector at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since 13 January 2026. His previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Joint Collector, and Additional District Magistrate. He is an active IAS officer committed to his administrative duties in Andhra Pradesh.
