C Vishnu Charan, born on 28 July 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from IIT Hyderabad. Currently, he serves as the Joint Collector at Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, a position he has held since 13 January 2026. His previous roles include Deputy Secretary, Joint Collector, and Additional District Magistrate. He continues to serve in the IAS.
