C T M Suguna, born on January 13, 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 Odisha cadre. She holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in History. Throughout her career, she served in various capacities including Commissioner & Secretary, Special Secretary, Transport Commissioner, Revenue Divisional Commissioner, Additional Director, Inspector General, Project Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Deputy Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Managing Director, and Sub Collector. Her most recent position was Commissioner of the Consolidation Department, commencing on November 21, 2013.
