C S Ballal, born on August 7, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1992 batch, Gujarat cadre. He served as the District Development Officer at Surendranagar, Gujarat, from July 1, 1999, to August 31, 2001. A graduate by education, Mr. Ballal held the position of District Development Officer during his tenure in the IAS. His career was marked by his service in the Gujarat cadre until his retirement.
