C Ravi Shankar, born on July 12, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2009 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.E. degree from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Department of Civil Aviation since July 18, 2022. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Additional Secretary, District Collector, Chief Development Officer, and Joint Magistrate. Fluent in English and Tamil, Mr. Shankar continues to contribute to the Indian Administrative Service with a focus on governance and administration.
