C Rathnam, born on November 1, 1930, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the Andhra Pradesh cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Mathematics. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Special Deputy Collector, Assistant Secretary, District Development Officer, Joint Collector, and Junior Scale. His most recent position was Project Officer in the Agriculture and Cooperation Department from July 1, 1988, to October 1, 1988. Rathnam’s service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Andhra Pradesh cadre.
