C Raghu, born on 25 November 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2002 Kerala cadre. During his career, he served in various capacities including Deputy Secretary, Labour Commissioner, Joint Commissioner, and Secretary. His most recent position was Additional Secretary in the Water Resources Department, held from 23 October 2013 to 30 November 2013.
