C R Prasanna, born on June 4, 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2006 batch, assigned to the Chhattisgarh cadre. He holds a B.V.Sc. & A.H. and an M.V.Sc. in Dairy Science. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Cooperation Department of Chhattisgarh, a position he has held since March 2, 2026. Prasanna is proficient in English and Tamil. Throughout his career, he has held the position of Secretary within the state administration. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
