C Paulrasu, born on 23 May 1978, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2004 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from IARI New Delhi. Currently, he serves as Secretary at the Horticulture Department, Himachal Pradesh, a position he has held since 23 January 2023. Throughout his career, he has held the designation of Secretary. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil. Paulrasu continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
