C P Bhargava, born on October 3, 1944, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree and a graduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, Bhargava served in various capacities including Managing Director, Commissioner, Commissioner & Director, Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, and Under Secretary. His most recent role was Commissioner at Madhya Pradesh from July 2, 2002, to October 31, 2004. He was associated with the Department of Textiles during his service.
